{June 5, 2008}   Good Deeds or Good Talk?

It really frustrates me when people brag about how much they are helping others.  I understand spreading the word so other people will get involved in doing good things for human-kind.  I’m all for that.  But seriously, if you’re really in it to help, you should know it’s so not about you.  So think about how you word your cause.

Please stop parading your good deeds for self-satisfaction.  Just do them and move on.  Thanks.

Oh, and don’t give me that “Oh yeah, well what are YOU doing to save the planet rah rah rah?”  I’m doing plenty and don’t need one self-serving ounce of your approval.
