Help clear up a superstition for me

Is it considered bad luck to show your fiancee a wedding dress you like that’s online?

I know they’re not supposed to see you in the dress, but is it okay for them to see it beforehand?  I don’t know how all this stuff works…

Please comment with your POV… and don’t just tell me it’s a silly superstition.  I want to do this thing right the first time around and I don’t want there to be a chance of me effing it up, OK???  Fanks.
